ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER orders electronically from the website elektronixx.com, as detailed below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Implementation of Distance Contracts. This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL TERMS

4.1 – The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic features of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery details on the seller’s website (elektronixx.com) and have provided the necessary electronic consent.

4.2 – The product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution specified by the BUYER, within the time frame stated in the product description, which will not exceed 30 days from the order date, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s residence.

4.3 – If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/institution other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if the recipient refuses the delivery.

4.4 – The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty certificates and user manuals if available.

4.5 – For the delivery of the product, the signed copy of this agreement must be received by the SELLER, and the payment must be made using the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is released from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6 – If, after the product’s delivery, the BUYER’s credit card is used unlawfully or fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided it has already been delivered to them. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.

4.7 – If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product on time due to force majeure situations or extraordinary events such as weather conditions, transportation interruptions, etc., the SELLER is obligated to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one (if available), or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 10 days.

4.8 – For products sold with a warranty certificate, defective or malfunctioning products can be sent to the SELLER for repair under the warranty conditions. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.

4.9 – This agreement becomes valid once the BUYER signs it and sends it to the SELLER by fax or mail.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN PROCESS

There is no cancellation or return process for our products.

ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL TERMS

6.1 – Persons under the age of 18 cannot make purchases from the SELLER.

6.2 – The SELLER is not responsible for pricing errors due to typographical and system mistakes.

ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT

In case of any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade or the Consumer Courts of the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence will have jurisdiction.

By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
