                      In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the books, records, documents, and computer records of the parties will be considered evidence under the Turkish Civil Procedure Code (No. 6100). The User agrees not to object to these records.<\/p>\n

                      1. Resolution of Disputes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from or related to the interpretation or application of this Agreement.<\/p>\n
